In an effort to assist you with budgeting your college expenses, SSC has made arrangements through FACTS Management Company.  FACTS is an interest-free monthly payment plan to help students meet their educational expenses. It is not a loan program; therefore, you have no debt, there are no finance charges and no credit check.  The only cost is a 25.00 enrollment fee per semester. It provides a consistent, prearranged payment amount for your convenience.  Through e-cashier you will be able to:

• Arrange for monthly payments
• Make a down payment immediately and arrange for montly payments
• Pay in full immediately
• Arrange to make payments by automatic payments from your checking or savings account or by a credit card.
• There is a nonrefundable enrollment fee to budget payment(s) of $25.00 per semester or $2.00 fee for full payment.
