Residential Learning Center

Design, Build & Test !

10th-12th grade student teams will design and build rockets, remotely operated vehicles and several other cool engineering devices capable of completing various challenges such as obstacle courses, & underwater surveying.

Competitions will be held in 3 phases & your team will be allowed to modify its design to compete in the finals.

Registration & Check In from 5:00pm-7:00pm

6:30pm Presentation by Dr Arena from OSU.

Parents are encouraged to stay and enjoy!

Monday

Morning Session - Introduction to the project

Afternoon Session - Develop problem-solving techniques

Evening Session - Recreational time

Tuesday

Morning Session - Assembly, programming & testing

Afternoon Session - Assembly, programming & testing

Evening Session - Recreational Time

Wednesday

- Field Trip to OU Engineering Labs &
       competitions held upon return to SSC campus

Evening Session - Recreational time

Thursday

- Work on projects continues

Evening Session - Recreational time

Friday

Morning Session -Rockets ! Design, Assemble & Test

Afternoon Session -Finale of competition.

Parents pick up students between 3pm & 4pm
