Instructions for Entering "Final Grades "

  1. Click on Campus Connect log-in on the Faculty Access Page to access "Campus Connect."
  2. At the login page, enter your ID and password.
  3. After you are logged in, click on “Available Options” and select “Faculty Menu.”
  4. Select the “Administrative” tab and select the option of “Grade Entry.”
  5. Next, select appropriate semester to bring up your listing of classes and select which course to grade.
  6. Select the “Final Grade” box for each student and enter grade.
  7. Follow one (1) of the options below.
    1. If you have entered all grades for current course
      1. Ignore the "Yes to flag course button"
      2. Click “Yes” on the button under Final Grades
      3. Click the “Submit” button to submit
      4. A Screen will appear with "Your final grades have been posted and locked.  This course may no longer be graded via the web."  
      5. You are ready to go to your next course.  (Do not click the BACK button, return to step 4)
    2. If you need to return and enter more grades for this course
      1. Ignore the "Yes to flag course button"
      2. Click “No” on the button under Final Grades
      3. Click the “Submit” button to submit
      4. A Screen will appear with "Your grades have been posted."  
      5. Log-out and Return at a later time to finished entering grades.
