Symptoms may appear 2-14 days after exposure to the virus. Anyone can have mild to severe symptoms. People with these symptoms may have COVID-19: * Fever or chills * Cough * Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing * Fatigue * Muscle or body aches * Headache * New loss of taste or smell * Sore throat * Congestion or runny nose * Nausea or vomiting * Diarrhea Thank You for wearing your mask: It is considered a courteous gesture to others when you wear a mask in public if you have any of the above symptoms. Even if you are negative for COVID-19 and wish to come into class or go out in public with these symptoms, wearing a mask is a great way to prevent others from contracting whatever virus you have. These are symptoms of some viruses that cause the common cold and the flu. Deanna Miles M.D., M.H.A. (any pronouns) COVID-19 Officer/ STEM Assistant Professor Office: Tanner 33 Phone: 405-382-9235
