The SSC GEAR UP Project recently supplied three 65-inch Interactive Smart Boards to Seminole High School to help the students transition to their new location. The smart boards also included accompanying pedestal stands to allow the movement of the equipment from classroom to classroom.

“It is always exciting for our GEAR UP staff when we can place technology in any of our participating schools. We understand the need for updated equipment to engage our tech-driven students,” said SSC GEAR UP Director Julie Hix.

SSC President Dr. Jim Utterback added, “Seminole State College is fortunate to have grant programs like GEAR UP that can contribute services to assist our local schools. We are pleased to be able to provide this new learning technology for the students at Seminole High School to help enhance their educational experience.”
