SSC Hosts Send-Off for Soccer Team

Seminole State College hosted a send-off for its women’s soccer team on May 31 outside of the Raymond Harber Field House. The team is traveling to Evans, Georgia to compete in the NJCAA Division I Women’s Soccer National Championship. Gift bags and snacks were given to the players. Community members and SSC employees were on site to show their support and bid the team farewell.

The women’s soccer team will play their first game in the national tournament on June 4 at 10:30 a.m. A livestream of the game may be viewed at njcaatv.com.
