In high school Alexis was named first team All-Dade in 2006-07, honor roll and Honorable Mention in volleyball in 2004-05, 2005-06. Her anticipated major is Art. Alexis' favorite quote is "The future belongs to those who believe in their dreams." In her spare time she enjoys reading and drawing.

Alexis' favorite book is The Five People You Meet in Heaven and her role model is he former volleyball coach Greg Shanower.
