Dr. Goeller earned her doctorate in\nProfessional Studies\/Mathematics Education from Oklahoma State University, her\nmaster\u2019s in Mathematics Education from Northeastern State University, and her\nbachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting from Oklahoma State University.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
She has served on a number of Faculty\nSenate and Mathematics Division committees. She also has served as the co-chair\nof the Oklahoma State Regents Higher Education Mathematics Task Force.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Last April, Dr. Goeller was selected\nto receive the Dale P. Parnell Distinguished Faculty Award at the 2019 American\nAssociation of Community Colleges annual convention in Orlando, Florida. The\naward is given nationally to individuals who demonstrate a passion for\nclassroom learning, show a willingness to support students both inside and\noutside of the classroom, and go above and beyond what is required to ensure\nthe academic success of their students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
She is also active in the community\nof Seminole. She is a graduate of Leadership Seminole, a member of the Seminole\nChamber of Commerce, a volunteer with the Seminole Humane Society, and\ncurrently serves as President of the Seminole Rotary Club. She and her husband\nMark are active members of the Immanuel Baptist Church.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cWe are very fortunate to have\nsomeone of Dr. Goeller\u2019s caliber willing to step into this role at such a\ncritical time. I believe she will bring expertise, excitement and integrity to\nthis office,\u201d President Lana Reynolds said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The previous Vice President for\nAcademic Affairs Dr. Larry Guerrero notified the College of his intention to\nresign his position due to personal reasons in early November. \n\n Board\nmembers in attendance were Curtis Morgan, Ryan Franklin, Kim Hyden, Paige\nSherry and Marci Donaho.
