High School Students from Across the State Compete in SSC Interscholastic Meet

A crowd of students from 35 high schools across the state enjoy the SSC student union between rounds of the college’s 48th annual Interscholastic Meet on March 24.
More than 640 students from 35 high schools across the state competed in Seminole State College’s 48th annual Interscholastic Meet on March 24. The last time the competition was held was in March of 2019. Due to the pandemic, the event was cancelled in 2020 and 2021. Students competed in 12 different subjects. Winners of the event will be announced soon.

The SSC Art Club set up graffiti tag stations in the courtyard behind Tanner Hall and in front of the Student Union. When competitors in the Interscholastic Meet were between rounds, they were welcome to stop by the station and tag the temporary wall setups with their own designs.
