Two members of the Seminole State College President’s Leadership Class had the opportunity to meet U.S. Congresswoman Stephanie Bice during her visit to Seminole on Feb. 3. In addition to their PLC honors, Emma Buchanan of Stroud (left) and Hailey Wallace of Wellston (right) have the distinction of being named Oklahoma Nigh Institute Leadership Scholars for 2023 and 2022.
