SSC Students Inducted into Sigma Kappa Delta Honor Society

Seven Seminole State College students were inducted into the Sigma Kappa Delta honor society on April 26 at the Virtual Learning Lounge, located in the Boren Library on campus. Sigma Kappa Delta is a national honor society recognizes outstanding English students and focuses on promoting interest in literature in surrounding communities. Students must have a minimum of a 3.3 GPA and be enrolled in at least 12 hours of coursework. Associate Professor of English Yasminda Choate and Assistant Professor of English Paul Juhasz serve as co-sponsors of the campus chapter. SSC President Lana Reynolds was the event’s guest speaker.
