Summer Courses at SSC Begin Next Week

Seminole State College’s next slate of five-week summer courses begins on June 21 and concludes on July 22. The College will be closed Monday, June 20, in honor of the Juneteenth holiday.

SSC offers a flexible summer schedule for all students. A current class schedule can be viewed on the College’s website at www.sscok.edu, under the “Academics” tab.

Courses offered during the second five-week term include Art Appreciation, Introduction to Business, Macroeconomics, Child Development, English Composition I and II, American History to 1877, American History Since 1877, Western Civilization, Wellness and Human Development, Special Topics in Math, Special Topics in Statistics, Quantitative Reasoning, Elementary Statistics, Math Concepts for Educators, Personality Theories, Developmental Psychology, Speech and Learning Strategies.

For help with enrollment, students may visit with advisors inside the Walkingstick Student Services Center. Current students may enroll with their academic advisor. Students looking to earn their degree completely online should contact the Online Degree Office at 405-382-9507.
