Several hundred kids and family members participated in Seminole State College’s 5th Annual Trick-or-Treat Trail on campus October 30. Tables were set up along the walking trails of Henderson Park with various SSC teams, organizations, students and employees who passed out candy to trick-or-treaters. Concert pianist Dr. Peter Simon will entertain area residents at a free public concert Thursday, Nov. 8 on Seminole State College’s campus. The “Music and Poetry of Love” program will begin at 7 p.m. in the Utterback Ballroom of the Enoch Kelly Haney Center. The event is sponsored by the SSC Educational Foundation. SSC Women’s Soccer Team Ranked Number One Heading into Regional Tournament
The Seminole State College women’s soccer team will be the number one seed heading into the NJCAA Region II Tournament at Red Robertson Field in Miami, Oklahoma, this Saturday, Oct. 27. The Trojans are one of four teams to qualify for the tournament. In the first round of play, the Trojans will face off against Redlands Community College.
