SSC Employee Joins Student Affairs Mentoring Program

Seminole State College Residential Life and Student Activities Coordinator Melinda Sims recently joined the Oklahoma Regents for Higher Education’s Council of Student Activities (COSA) Mentoring Initiative.

The COSA Mentoring Initiative pairs Student Affairs professionals from higher education institutions across the state. Mentors meet with mentees three times per semester to provide advice and insight on running campus activities, events and skill development.

Sims will be working with COSA mentor Zeke Naifeh, the Dean of Students at Cameron University, this semester.
