The Seminole State College women’s soccer team will be the number one seed heading into the NJCAA Region II Tournament at Red Robertson Field in Miami, Oklahoma, this Saturday, Oct. 27. The Trojans are one of four teams to qualify for the tournament. In the first round of play, the Trojans will face off against Redlands Community College. Seminole Chamber Honors SSC Personnel
Two Seminole State College employees were recognized for their hard work and dedication during the monthly Seminole Chamber of Commerce Forum on Oct. 11. Assistant Professor of Life Science Theran Hernandez was honored as “Faculty Member of the Month” and Financial Assistance Clerk Caitlin Brown was honored as “Classified Staff Member of the Month.” The Seminole Chamber of Commerce Education Committee, along with the Lions Club and Blue Ribbon Realty, recognize SSC employees several times during Forum each year.
