The Seminole State College Language Arts and Humanities Division recently received a donation of $500 to aid in the continuation of its annual Howlers and Yawpers Creativity Symposium. Kansas City Art Institute Representative Meets with SSC Students

Julia Welles, a representative from the Kansas City Art Institute, visited the Seminole State College campus recently and spoke to art students about the institute’s expanding program in visual arts. She discussed different programs of study, which include traditional studio art programs such as painting, printmaking, and sculpture as well as creative writing, fiber, filmmaking, graphic design, illustration and animation.
