
Seminole State College honored graduates during its 93rd Commencement Ceremony on May 8 in the Raymond Harber Field House. A capacity crowd cheered on students as they received their diplomas.

SSC Board of Regents Chair Marci Donaho delivers the keynote address. Donaho will complete her term on the Board of Regents on June 30, concluding her service as the longest-serving regent in the College’s history.

Seminole State College held a pinning ceremony at the Enoch Kelly Haney Center on May 9 for 14 nursing students expected to meet degree requirements this semester. The pinning ceremony also included candle lighting, signifying the transition from student to one of service. Since the nursing program began in 1972, more than 1,100 nurses have launched their careers at SSC.
