Groundbreaking for New SSC Sports Complex Draws Large Crowd

    The Seminole State College Educational Foundation hosted a groundbreaking ceremony on campus for the Brian Crawford Memorial Sports Complex on Nov. 7 at the Utterback Ballroom located within the Enoch Kelly Haney Center. Alumni, Employees and Students Honored by SSC

More than 350 friends and supporters of Seminole State College attended the SSC Educational Foundation’s annual recognition banquet April 25, in the Enoch Kelly Haney Center. The event included recognition of college alumni, employees and students. SSC alumni Carlos James, Johnathan Russell and Darlene Wallace were inducted into the Seminole State College Alumni Hall of Fame. The three honorees joined 69 other former students in the Hall of Fame.  Recipients of the honor are selected for their achievements while attending the…

2018 SSC Educational Foundation Golf Tournament

2018 SSC Educational Foundation Golf Tournament

The Seminole State College Educational Foundation hosted its 22nd Annual Golf Tournament at the Jimmie Austin Golf Course in Seminole on Sept. 20. This year’s event set a fundraising record with more than $30,000 raised for student scholarships and campus capital projects. A total of 114 players, comprising 27 corporate teams, took to the links to show their support for the college.
