Student Services

Welcome to the SSC Career Center! We currently offer the following assistance for students: 

  • Resume / Cover Letter Help: Book an appointment with the Career Center to create a resume or cover letter, edit a current resume or cover letter, or receive help remotely through email correspondence. Click here to book your resume appointment today! 

  • Practice Interview: You can book an appointment for a practice interview. We offer two types of practice interviews that we can tailor to your needs: in-person interview or ZOOM interview. Book an appointment here 
  • Micro-Credentials: Looking for a way to add experience to your resume? Check out the micro-credential programs through the Community and On Demand Courses 
  • Career Fairs: Keep an eye out for upcoming events to connect you with employers! 

Faculty Services

The Career Center can help you and your students through instruction support. Here are the services offered to faculty: 

  • Career Services Presentations: Book a Career Services representative to visit your class for a quick presentation on the topic you choose from our selection. Fill out the request form here to have us visit! 
  • Visit the Career Center: Book a visit for your entire class to tour the Career Center! 

Employer Services

Welcome to the SSC Career Center! Let us help you connect to prepared and knowledgeable job candidates. We offer the following services for employers: 

  • Job Board: Fill out the Job Posting Request to have us post a job on our physical and digital job board. We will post available jobs in our Career Center and in the Digital Job Board on the website. We strive to keep it updated and accurate.  
  • Career Fairs: Keep an eye out for updates regarding upcoming career fairs that your company or business could participate in!
